I used my debit card to pay for postage for these 'free samples' from juveneu / reliftxs. The samples arrived and the postage was duly taken from my account.

On 2nd December 2011 another sample of Juveneu gel arrived and I rang the company who told me that by ordering the free samples I had inadvertently signed up to a programme and would receive a product every month. I explained that I was unaware of this and asked to be removed from their list immediately. Eventually the operator agreed to remove my name from the list and to refund the money they had taken from my account. I asked for an address to return the second sample and was told that they were unable to accept returns and to keep it with their compliments. The money has not to date been refunded to my account.

I then received another sample of the reliftxs cream. I was unable to find any contact details for this company. On checking my bank account, I discovered that several amounts had been deducted by different companies (epm advancedwrinklecare, refreshyourskin.com & reliftxs.com as well as Juveneu). Unsure who to contact from all these companies I checked online and was horrified to discover that I had been scammed along with many other people.

I went straight to my bank to see how I could stop these people from taking money from my account and was told that stopping my card would work so I immediately had the card stopped. I have just received a letter from my bank saying that despite stopping my card, because of the type of account set up by these companies, they are unable to stop them from deducting any more money and because I gave them my card number for the postage I have no redress under their fraud policy. They are however helping me to recover the money from the aforesaid companies' banks.

I am now trying to find any contact details for the companies mentioned but so far have been unsuccessful. What a mess! HELP!!
