Ordered the trial thru facebook ad. Never received anything. Not a lot of money I know but it's a scam. My only proof is my bank statement shows the transaction. I can't show my bank statement! I never received a receipt or an email.

- all I'm afraid of is being billed further for something I never received and they have my debit card number!!! What can i do? Terrified is the word, as a pensioner I would be in real trouble! (and with my husband)

- if you talk to your bank they will put a stop on them also ask them to cancel your card and send you a new one which will have a new security number on the back so your old details they have should not work they did it to me aswell so you are not alone

Hi Virginia,
you are very lucky is you just lost 2.95 not receiving your package. The real scam is they will charge you for 74.95 once you received the free trial and do not claim on the "money back garantee" within 12 days (what you will not do as you did not pay for the product, so you do not have anything to claim back). You then enter their program of being charge a 74.95 every month for getting a new bottle every month. This small print is cleverly hidden in the "money back garantee". -
