we are a senior couple from michigan that put a deposite on a vacation rental in ormond by the sea,fl.When we got here the house was a total pigpen,with black mold in and outside the fridge,under the sink,walls,around the swimming pool.Dog feces on furniture,carpet,tile.screen was torn around pool,no furnace,windows missing.I am a 67 year old man that went through a double lung transplant 4 years ago,with almost zero imune system.I told the owner of my health issues and she told me the place was clean and she understood my condition.We donot have the time or money to take her to court and she knows it.My wife also has health issues which got worse with all the stress we're going through.Joe/Patricia
