I purchased a VIN check for $2.95 from this company without any understanding that I was getting into a costly monthly subscription. I returned to the site to find the small print located on the page that I made the transaction. It is very clear that this website did not want me to understand the commitment I was making to their company. I feel cheated, and I certainly will not use this company again.
Update: 01/17/2012
I called the number on the website and was able to talk to a person who was very helpful. They gave me a refund and a confirmation number and said it would take 3-5 business days for the money to be transferred to my account.
