Their website is https://www.tryaqualift.com, address is: PO Box 30816, Salt Lake City, UT, their phone number is 1-877-498-1950 (which never seems to be answered) and their email address is [email protected].

I sent them an email and cc'd the Utah Attorney General and the Utah BBB. They billed me $74.99 plus $1.50 debit charge on 1/12, AFTER I sent them an email on 1/8 that I did not want the product and told them to not bill my account. I saw on 1/13 they billed me, I sent an email, they said to let them know of my intent to cancel, so on Friday I sent them an email saying cancel it, that I just mailed it to them, and gave them a tracking number, and to NOT take out any more money.

This morning, I see they took out MORE (for what, I have no idea) - in the amount of $49.99 + $1.00 debit fee. Total stolen from me: $136.48.

I am hoping because I sent Utah's AG and BBB the email, along with the satisfaction guarantee and return policy, that they will be forced to give me my money back. I should have had my debit card number changed on Friday morning, but I wanted to make sure they could refund the money. What I will do is pay $25 to have no more debits from them, but to allow credits back to my account.

I will also send the Utah AG and Utah BBB this scambook website so they can see everyone else's complaints. I am sure the list of complaints will grow as people find out their money is being stolen.

I would recommend that each and every one of you send an email of what happened and when to both the Utah AG AND the Utah BBB. Here are their email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Hopefully if they get enough complaints they will do something about this scam company.
