I ordered their report and per their guarantee, returned it for a refund. I have written them repeatedly about it and still have never gotten my money back. I do occasionally receive more offer letters to buy their crap again. Unless you want to be stuck with something useless and stupid, don't order it. They won't refund your money when you return it.
