After detailed investigation, Power Director 10 "trial" was installed 12/27/11 and worked well as a professional, yet mobile, editing tool. On 1/2/12 purchase of Power Director 10 Ultra was made in the amount of $91.99. This did not preform as expected. After contacting online customer service 1/2/12 and not receiving any response, 30 day unlimited "premium voice service" was paid for in the amount of $31.15, 1/3/12. Online customer service did return my inquiry 1/4/12. After uninstalling PD10Ultra and reinstalling this, downloading all advised files, and following all specific instructions, the 3rd installation failed to preform... at all. Online customer service advised 4th uninstall and reinstall providing new Key Code and Password, 1/9/12. However; password expired 1/8/12. Needless to say 4th attempt has not been made. 1/16/12 "premium voice service was again paid for in the amount of $31.15. Both payments have been received by CyberLink Corp. and withdrawn from account, yet no phone number has been provided to address software issues. Furthermore; contact through support services has been cut off by the corporation to my account. Attempts to contact CyberLink via telephone at: (408)217-1850, have been to no avail. I provide Video Consultation Services and Technical Implementation to a variety of clientele. The research into purchasing this product and developing a laptop system to utilize it, was a calculated investment. I have lost one contract due to these issues resulting in a deadline failure and I stand to loose more. The first loss equals $14,885.00.

Please note: 1) All working files were lost after 2nd installation. 2) All working files were lost after 3rd installation. 3) Any and all attempts to work with current product result in error: "PD10 Has Shut Down". 4) "InstaIQSetup" was required for 3rd installation which contained corrupted spyware and malware files, i.e.; "W3i_IQS.fraud" which required complete quarantine and removal of said corruptions, totaling 20 found so far. 5) Further costs of repair, loss of contract, time and/or labor are not included in this report.
