This CT-based company buys gold to be refined for use in the dental industry. While other, reputable companies indicate that the day a "sell" order is placed and a price per ounce is agreed to by the parties, Jensen told us that they were "so overwhelmed" by sell orders that it took them 3 weeks to process the order, by which time the price of gold had fallen and we lost ~$800.00 + the cost of their services which are still indecipherable. Have tried to reach CT Sec of State's office, but no investigation has as yet begun. Gold was sold to pay for surgery. Cold shoulder Western Sales Mgr has said I'll get an answer when the time is appropriate. Yes, that will buy me a lot of good will at the hospital and rehab center, AVOID this company, THERE ARE MANY OTHER GOLF BUYING SERVICES OUT THERE, unfortunately took the advise of TX dentist, who buys from this outfit, doesn't sell to it. I've asked the company to "make me whole" by reimbursing the lost funds during the 3 weeks that they hadn't correctly staffed to handle sell orders. If they are going to play in the big leagues, they need to pay for it when they get it wrong.
