It is a scam and a fraudulent website. They advertised that you can access and download legal resources like e-book, music, etc. However, what they do is simply redirect you to other websites. They have no customer service at all and steal your money.
They sting you first for USD18.55 and then sting you again three days later, even if you cancel any service or do not download anything. Complete rort and should be prosecuted.
