This is an update on my earlier post last year. Got 1/2 my money back after a long argument with the U.S operative - who kept repeating that I should have read the terms and conditions.
However, I reported the case to the Advertising Standards Authority in the U.K. and they are pursuing my complaint and asking Leanslimcleanse (thro' the parent company - Colossal Direct Ltd.) to mend their ways and their advertising at the risk of being banned in the UK if they don't. Not quite a result but getting there.
