I ordered this cream and serum this company advertised, believing it to be a sample. My bank tells me that they will be charging me £79.95 a month as it appears I signed up to pay them as part of their terms and conditions. Nowhere did I see any mention of monthly terms and conditions on their website! It appears that
a lot of other people have also been "taken in" by this false advertising and non-authorised credit charge each month. That is no
consolation however when you are an OAP like me. My bank will be told not to pay, and I will cancel my order. If they send me the stuff it will be returned to sender as no longer required.

- I have been the mugged in the same way as others. Contacted my credit card company who cancelled the account and gave me the phone number to ring. However because I had 'agreed' to the subscription they couldn't get the money back. Got through to them after a few minutes and threatened all sorts of damnation if I didnt' get a refund. I have been given 2 ref numbers for the two amounts taken which will appear in the account within 7-10 days.......... I shall believe it when I see it and will post again, watch this space.

Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! If necessary, cancel your credit card. If necessary ifnd another bank if yours won't help. Contact trading standards in your country and complain.Their number CALL THEM ON +44 0808 168 3684.
