I signed up for a free trial and, not having read everything which is my fault, did not return the item so they charged me in December for $89.66. I tried to cancel my subscription but they are located in the Czech Republic and only give an international phone number, which doesn't work, and an address in the Czech Republic. So I closed the account that I had given them, but before it could be completed, I got charged another $89.66 on 1/9/12. The card number they have no longer exists and the account is closed. I am trying, thru my bank, to get the 1/9 charge credited back but it is a major hassle. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
