They took control of my desk top and started a tenacious pop up saying that I was infected with a virus, they listed 20 area's of my system that they said were being damaged or infiltrated including passwords, bank accounts, e-mail. etc. They said they were my Vista Firewall Security and I had to purchase an update right away to protect my system and rid myself of the virus. I tried to execute my other anti-virus software but it blocked all of it saying it had been infected. I was forced to purchased the software. They released my computer back to me after I paid them and I found out that they're actually spyware and my system now continuously crashes.
