purchased barbour quilted jacket on monday 9th january, for £118.95 its been a week now and still not recieved it, ive emailed the company twice and had no replys or phone numbers to phone them, they have taken more out than the price stated...ive had to cancel my credit card as i know now its a bogus website

- I bought on www.uggs-nederland-outlets.com I bought for 208,88 euro 3 uggs. I orderd it on the 4th of januarie and they told me it would arrive 4 days later... I still didn't recief anything and i can't get in touch with them. I live in belgium... What should I do ?

- Call them, it's a very dodgy site! I bought a dress on the 5th from bcbgshop.com and didn't get any confirmation till today! And then this morning I found this site and a lot of people with the same problem. My advice - call them, the numbers i have are: +8675525195738 and +8613760231987. Call them and cancel the order. When i called, the girl on the line was telling me something about delay from the seller, I told her I wasn't interested just cancel the order! Five minutes after the call I got an e-mail from [email protected] saying the seller was going to cancel my order and refund my money and that I'll get the payment in 7-21 days. I hope I get it!

I have tried calling the numbers as well, but there is only a voicemail. Did they understand much english or not? I am trying again later to call them, but I am not sure if they will really refund the money after all they got it by stealing and fraud!
I also got scammed :( -
