I ordered jewelry from DSN in October and December. My significant other ordered jewelry in October. We were promised that the October orders would arrive before Christmas. We have attempted to contact the company by telephone, email, etc. to no avail. Our credit cards have been charged but we have not yet been able to get the charges removed.
