I ordered 1 pair of Reebok Reverse Jam Low white/ black/red size 10 US from nikedunksstore.net.I received two seperate confirmation e mails.One from service 1 @fashionpay.com & one from [email protected], both claiming to be customer service for nikedunksstore.net. I received 1 pair of Reebok Prime Runtone white/black/silver/red size 10 1/2 US. I E mailed both customer service options and received no reply from either.I tried to despute charge with my bank who said I must return shoes with a tracking # before I could file to dispute the charges.I tried to return through US Postal Service who delivered shoes to me as agent for EMS China Postal Group & Global Express Mail. There was insufficiant information on way bill , which was all that came with package "that they delivered" ( there was no invoice) for USPS to return. The waybill listed Shanghaifenggangshiye as the company that shiped shoes , a phone # 021-64214361 & postal code 200031 but no street address. Since US Postal service could not find where to return package to I decided to Google Shanghaifggangshiye and there I find I have been decived.Every one involved with this purchase are scammers.I intend to report a mail fraud complaint to the Postmaster General of the US Postal Service and try again to Dispute charges with my bank as internet fraud.I also hope scambook can help.
