I have bought a GPS navigation system at www.pandawill.com. It was to be brand new and working.I have received a second hand one that does not work at all. Don't order from pandawill, they are scammers.

- I recently placed a $140 order for a droid recently with them and they took my money and sat on it for 2 weeks and shipped nothing. I filed a complaint with Paypal and they refunded my money within a few hours. I think they are some sort of weird drop shipping scam. They take people's money and sit on it until they have enough to make their middle man bulk orders then ship stuff out when they actually get it in stock after that. Avoid them at all costs, unless you like waiting for months for months for your products assuming you ever get them!
