Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! If necessary, cancel your credit card. If necessary ifnd another bank if yours won't help. Contact trading standards in your country and complain.Their number CALL THEM ON +44 0808 168 3684. - If you read the concealed terms and conditions they say they will charge 12 days after original trial unless you cancel. They also say they will give refunds on unused pots. Visit their site again and try to follow their instructions. I have emailed them to cancell my trial and I rang their number but hung up once I confirmed the tel number is bona fide. Good luck and keep us informed. I will let you know how my cancellation goes.
