Computer kept popping up that my computer had a high risk of getting my info hacked and offered 3 plans for coverage by MonstroCloud even if you tried to close the pop up and try again it would pop up again with the same message. The coverage prices ranged from $59.99 (1 year) to $79.99 for life time coverage. Because this was a recommended product by Microsoft for Vista, I agreed to the life time coverage for the one time fee of $79.99. At the time I signed up I got an order number and a life time license code but no receipt for my order. After waiting 4 days for some type of reply, I contacted my bank to check if the charges had been made and approved. Of course all charges had gone through but still no receipt or contact. When I attempted to contact MonstroCloud for a receipt I realized none of my program icons worked. If you clicked on any of them all you get is what program do you want to use to open this such as my internet icon repeatedly even after you chose a program. I had to go to my office computer (having no access from home) and brought up the MonstroCloud web site. At this web site I found a "lost information" button which I clicked on. It ask for my license number then brought up all of my information and had a field where I was ask to discribe my problem which I did in detail. That was on 1/10/12 and as of today 1/18/12 I've gotten no reply to my problem, a solution or a receipt. If this wasn't recommended by Microsoft for my Vista system I would have never agreed to this service.
