Claim for $10,625.00 monetary damages for 1 hour per day @ $25 x 425 days due to MacKeeper Ads invading Safari Browser and changing cookie preferences.
Because of the proliferation of MacKeepers Ads over dozens of websites, I am constantly wasting my billable time by correcting browser preferences due to daily MacKeeper invasions. It seems likely that the 'invasion' is a marketing technique to fool potential customers into thinking something is wrong with their computer. This practice is probably not legal and is certainly unethical.
