On 12/19/2011 I ordered approximately 10 snapback caps and was unable to make contact with this company to get my payment back that was received from my visa card. I made contact with a third party website holder ([email protected]) that was listed on the bullssnapbacks site . They in return emailed me a tracking number that was not valid. I made contact with my credit card company who stated that the company who retrieved the money from my card was Tesinzen PLC , which has no contact info. These items were Christmas gifts for my son. I had to come up with more money to get him more gifts. I would like a refund. Please help me with retrieving my money from these people.

  • Hey ma'am I was wondering if you ever got the hats you ordered? I ordered a week ago and, well to sum up my similar problem I'll paste te email I sent them.....several times:

    Hey guys,
    I'm having a problem with an order from you guys at Bullssnapbacks .com and it's getting me pretty ticked off. I ordered about a week ago, 5 hats. And I never got a tracking number for shipping. So I emailed your website and I got a response saying that my payment did not get received, which is preposterous, it charged 60 bucks off my debit visa. So I forwarded the person the confirmation email from the site that charged my card, and she said she apologizes, and the payment was received. She said she would check to see if all the hats were in stock, and reply in 4 hours about it. She also said I would relieve a tracking number in less than 24 hours. I never got a reply OR tracking number. That was two days ago, and I'm starting to get real suspicious. I would appreciate if you would let me know what's going on. I paid for your products and I expect to get them. I heard from another customer a similar problem. I suggest you give customers their items before the site gets shut down.
