I paid $5.97au for the 'free trail offer' of Revita Derm and Perfect Radiance on 5/12/12. On 21/12/11 another $77.62au was debited from my account. At this time I had not recieved the free trail and so had not been given the 'trial period' to even test the product on my skin, before they were helping themselves to the 'ongoing' charges for automatic resupply, of the product. Several emails were exchange, one of which was me cancelling my order as it had not arrived within the advertised timeframe - a breach of their advertisment. I also indicated in one of those emails my concern with dealing with online product buying due to scams. On 31/12/11 I recieved a refund of $72.20au - a shortfall of $11.39au. A nice little profit if you're skimming every canceled order by more that $10 a hit!
