My tv (Samsung) got broken and I find this company with google, the guy Richard Brown came over to inspect it and charged 30 $ for it, and said that he can fix it, I asked him again if it worth to invest money in tv and he sad, yeas, it is gonna be fine after I fix it. So he got the tv and in few days brought it back and charged me 150$ and he really wanted me to pay hem cash, but I did check. He gave a 90 days warranty, and in a week or two tv did exactly the same thing, and I myself deliver it to the shop (garage as I find out ) , and left it for them to do the warranty job, they did something and told me to use tv on eco mode. And again after few days the same happens, the tell to bring it back, I did. After two week tv being in the shop I finely called them and asked about my tv, and answer was really shocking course they didn't know that tv was in the shop, and he sad to call hem tomorrow, witch 01/17/12, I sad OK. And in 5 minutes I got call from the Richard Brown and he sad thet tv is no longer under warranty course I used other mods but ECO. witch not true. He sad that to fix it now I need to spend 250-300 $ more, and it is not worth doing it, and also he can recycle it for me in goodwill, and my best move he sad is to by new tv, course they coast now 350$, so don't spend money and time , He try to convince me not to picking it up, He will do recycle for me. I sad that I will pick it up, and I did, Tv was in the garage with so much dust on it and no finger prints over dust, witch speaks for it self that the guy never looked inside, and was not able to tall me estimate price for new repair course he didn't know what is broken. I got tv to other guy, who did repair it in two hours and charged me 20 $.
