On 10/31/2011 oodles of mags charged my checking account for $14.95.But did not know till I got my checking account statement on 11/02/2011. I immediately called 800-796-2479. To cancel my membership and request a refund. The automated phone told me to go on line, to print out an official request form. I sent an official request on 11/02/11. then again another $14.95 was charged to my checking account again. I cancelled this membership way before the trial membership was up. I sent another official refund form for that amount. Again I have not heard any thing from the company and every time I try to call that number above it just goes around and around but am not able to talk to any real person.PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!
