A man named Frank Hulsey contacted me in January and has been harrassing me for money for months. He supposedly was from Wyoming but had to go to Nigeria to work on a bridge as he is a Civil Engineer. He promised me that he loves me and that when he returns to the states we will marry and live happily ever after. I sent him money on several occassions and then he requested I send him a laptop which I did. He also asked me to sell my car and send him the money. He has a girl on his page named Kim Moore, she has the exact same profile and claims to have went to the same college and she is on his page. She also claims to be stuck in Nigeria and looking for love. After an empty pocketbook and a broken heart, I am done. Please help me report him to anyone and everyone!
