I applied for the free trial on the 24th December and the company responded via e-mail with the following, "..... Your order will be sent First Class to make sure you can start losing weight as soon as possible. Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days. Please note shipping times may be extended for International customers as the product is being shipped from the United Kingdom & the shipment going through International customs can delay shipping......" The parcel never arrived until God knows when!!! Then I noticed that £57.95 was debited to my account, instead of the £3.47 they had made mention of!!! I've only found this out tonight,and would surely be on the phone with them tomorrow.
