I responded to "free trial offer" of Juveneu product on or around november 23 and received the trial product but my credit card was charged before the 30 day trial ended. Then they charged the card again in December 20 and January 5 with no further shipments received. Attempted multiple times to cancel but the phone numbers given are 1) not working or 2) US number for Juveneu answered but they said please call back, "not able to access their records" and when I said I wanted to cancel they hung up on me!
