I agreed online an offer for a trial for products for c£10 on 2 December to include postage and package.

They have since debited my account for a further £74.95 on 16 December. When I saw this on my statement I phoned Santander to query and cancel but was told this was not possible; that the transaction was valid and I couldn’t do anything about it.

I emailed the company and enclose copies of the email and their response.

Yesterday and today I have received two more of the products (I haven’t even used a small amount of the first lot yet!). Heaven only knows how much has been taken from my account without my specific permission; I will find that out when I get my next monthly statement.
I have tried to contact Hotmail advertisement complaints but without success. On going back and checking the very small print it states the claims and images they have used to advertise their product

Please warn your customers, this appears to be a scam. I thought I was trying out a product with an opportunity to buy more if it worked (after thirty days), I didn’t get that chance.

This company (Revitalize Health & Beauty) now has my bank details and I am seriously worried about how much they have, can and will take from my account.
