I signed up for a free sample from this company at a charge of £2.95 for packaging.
7 Dec 2010 charge £2.95
Subsequent charges taken from my account without my knowledge as follows:
7 December 2011 Charge £5.97
21 December 2011 Charge £74.95
25 December 2011 Charge £79.99
28 December 2011 Charge £51.00
11 January 2012 Charge £ 74.95
I have received the sample and only 1 further shipment of perfect radiance anti wrinkle serum.
I was not aware of agreeing to any subscription. When I contacted the company call centre, which is almost impossible to contact or hear as the call staff all have accents (I am deaf too which does not help) the company refuses to give me address or contact details.
I do not work and at my wits end wondering how on earth I am going to be able to pay this amount of money.
I am very careful regarding terms and conditions however I did NOT see the term and conditions stating that I was entering into any sort of subscription program that would allow this scam company to bill me this amount of money.

This amount is British pounds which convert to $445.48!!!
