singed up for trail have now found out they have takern 229.89.out off my account phoned them and spoke to this person who said payments wear for shipment .told that was not what i had seen on site and that this was a scam said wanted money back no money is to be paid back to me.

These people allow the adverts. If the company can't advertise, it can't scam.
Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! If necessary, cancel your credit card. If necessary ifnd another bank if yours won't help. Contact trading standards in your country and complain.The scammer's number +44 0808 168 3684. Sending samples late and or charging your card within 12 days for 2nd amount are grounds for refunds as they have broken their own T&C's. Your bank has 30 days to dispute CC charges or ordinary transactions. Most banks are only too willing to help once they see the scam. -
