Wanted to talk with people who have visa and Mastercards to help assist with mom and pop local companies to lower their terminal fees. Wanted money to start up business for myself using my credit card. Searched internet and bbb.org and Scambook. Told individual I was calling the police to turn him in for a Scam. Beware of this please and do not give any personal information to these people.
