I responded to an on-line ad for free samples of the products. The order for the free samples was placed on 28 December 2011. I paid the shipping and handling costs for the free samples. On 12 January 2012, 15 days after the order for the free samples was placed, I received the products via the USPS. On 13 January 2012, my credit card was charged $74.99 for one of the products.

I contacted the number provided beside the charge on Monday, 16 January, to inquire as to why I had been charged for the free samples. After hearing the explanation that I was to be charged after 14 days for the aqualift product and 18 days for the vitaderm product, I objected to the time constraints in that I had not received the products until after the imposed deadline. Sensing that this was not a reputable entity, I closed the "account," and subsequently received confirmation via e-mail that the "accounts" were closed. The representative noted that due to the late arrival of the products, he would extend the trial period, and I would be reimbursed the $74.99.

On 19 January 2012, a second charge in the amount of $79.99 was made to my credit card. I again called the provided number, and was told that the accounts were closed, but I had not closed them until after the trial period. I explained that I when I had called and cancelled the "accounts," I was told that the $74.99 would be refunded and I there would be no further charges. The representative became argumentative. At this point, I discovered that I was speaking with a third party call center located in the Philippines. The person refused to identify the company employing him or the client company, and then disengaged from the call.

I have identified the company as being located in Utah and have attempted to contact them via telephone. There has been no answer.
