I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to a friend in Australia. Paid 54.94 AUD for it. My friend receive the flowers on time and took a photo for me but it wasnt what I had ordered. The description on the order states "a mixed bunch of flowers with daisies, roses, carnations and deliphinium."
What was sent out has no daisies, no roses, no carnations and no deliphinium! It was something else.
I called customer service and they told me I will be contacted by the manager. But I didnt receive any phone calls from them.
I have also filed a complain to them via email, attaching the photos of the flowers my friend had receive.
But there are no replies.
