On Friday December 23, I placed an order for Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP3 OEm Full Version. Afterv waiting for a week for the delivery of the item I emailed Eeshops and someone by the name of Shelly responded to my email telling me to be patient and wait for the order. She did give me a tracking no.#RA387053679CN, that I could not use. Then when I emailed about this bogus tracking no.#, I was told by Shelly to goto http://www.17track.net/ to check on the status of my delivery. After another week had elapsed I emailed Shelly again and I was told to be patient. Then on January 14, 2012, the package finally arrived, but the software disk (Microsoft Windows XP) was missing. The package contained only styrofoam and bubble wrap. I emailed Eeshops about getting a refund and they have not responded back.
