I was sold a mobile from this company claiming that everything in the home was in working condition and I was making a great investment. Eventhough I took all the necessary precautions before purchasing I feel like I was scammed. Shortly after I moved in, the fish started smelling. I was given the appliance I was promised and had to keep reminding the office of it not being installed. When I finally recieved my new appliance, it was not even close to what I expected. I wouldn't have minded so much if I wasn't promised something better and now I kick myself in the buttom for not waiting on signing on it until AFTER it was placed in my home. The maintenance people were very nice and made sure that I was taken care of with any issues for the first couple of weeks but after I called with another problem a few weeks after moving in, it turns out that "NOW I am responsible for the maintence of my own home since I am the homeowner". Again, this would not have been a big deal, but since I was sold on the idea that if I lived in this community that some maintenance and lawncare and so on were part of the "community features". Now I feel like I am stuck with this not so WORTH IT mobile home with a mortgage that is 3 times more than the actual should have ever been. I was really excited to qualify for being able to buy my own home. But now that I think about it, the way the manager was so willing to bend over backwards for me during the sales process was just a front for getting me to fall in his trap. When I thought I was buying my first home, I got sold a liveable home environment, a not so amiable community, and a good for nothing manager.
