Called a number from a website on the internet for Norton Anti-virus to download my subscription to my new computer. Number was 1-877-805-9174. A technician came on the phone from India and said he would have to check my new computer first. Ran a scan and said I needed some harmful things removed and it would cost me $169.99. Well, I was upset and said all I wanted was my Norton installed on my new computer. After hours on the phone and much discussion he did it for $79.99 which was put on my Visa. He then continued to install Norton. After other phone calls back to this number to get support, I was given another number which was Norton. 1-800-745-6061. They said I needed to call the first number back and ask to have my account credited because they don't charge for this sevice. Well, since then the number does not appear on the internet. I will contact my bank to dispute this in a week if it is not credited.
