I ordered a rosseta stone Spanish Latin America set of 5 ,and only thr first DVD worked, when I tried to install the second one it required a registration code that didn't come with the set. I called the Rosetta stone number printed in the box since dec/2001 only to find out there was no archives of me buying a set from them so no help could be given to me. So I have a set that my son can't use at all , I feel robbed. I bought it in the Internet from a web page called " the official Rosetta stone site" but received the set shipped from the shangai yu zhi Li trading co.
I want my money back or an exchange for a set that works!
