Does nothing! I received no instructions to "return" the product except that I would be charged $78.00 per month on my credit Card. It came in a small packet with "no paperwork", "no information", nothing except the small packet that it came in. How am I suppose to reach them? Please help. So far I have only paid the trial amount of $1.95, but in a few days, they wil be charging me $78.00 each month. Margaret

- cancel your card or report unauthorized charges....they are total scammers..I found a customer service number by googling aqualift and low and behold it was someone else who had the same type of issue...but the person on the other end was very vague and had very broken english and poor connection....web sites are worthless......these people obviously do not want to be contacted......but amazingly 2 days after my call.....I received an email for each charge (3) with a crazy 20-30+ digit random account number that I had never seen (each one like random letter and number combination. It was titled "donotreplytoaqualift" with no other info. for contact....ALL BEWARE OF ANY FACIAL PRODUCT "free sample" offers that ask for credit card for shipping and handling, it's a real bogus scam............thanks for all who share we need to ban together...keep posting, there are many...good luck to all.Tina
