I ordered a Free Trail of above mentioned products. Received products about three weeks after placing order online without any documentation. I paid for shipping charges. Subsequently found out that I had to cancel the free trail within 14 days of initial order which I had not yet received. The company charged me $162.35 on January 1st for the products that I received and then charged me $160.39 on January 18th for more products they said they shipped me which I have not received. I was able to reach the company after waiting on the phone for half an hour and they said my monthly shipments would be cancelled, but that I was required to pay what was charged even though I did not ask for my credit card to be charged for these items. They promised to confirm this cancellation by email and never received it. This is a "smoke and mirrors scam" and I advise all to steer clear of this company! My credit card company's security department has been advised and they are going to investigate.
