I HAVE NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE OF 11.99 THAT I KNOW OF. IT HAS BEEN BEEN RECURRING SINCE 2009.
i JUST RECENTLY WONDERED WHAT IT WAS AND CALLED..SOME KIND OF SHOPPING DISCOUNT.

I contacted them for the 3rd time and still no information was sent to me. Either by mail or e-mail. They say oh, Yea no problem we will send you the information, so you get your 50.00 rebate and Nothing :>(

- They are telling me that this was a 30 day free trial and after 30 days..they have charged me 11.99 every month for 2 yrs..My fault...It looked like some kind of professional supplies that I do buy..Dumb me. Shopper be wise!!
