My screen showed that my virus protection was not installed properly and that I had multiple infections. I had just bought AVG in October and installed it. Something called WIN 7 virus protection kept coming up at $59.95 and nothing else would come up on my screen. I had just used a credit card for a transaction that morning. At the end of the page it showed "previous credit information will be used." I shut down my screen, called and cancelled my credit card but I still got $89.90 charged to my account. I disputed the charge but the credit card is still insisting that it is a vaild charge. I did not receive any emails or services for this supposed tranaction.
