I ordered my hair products from this company on December 29th and it was suppose to take only 2 weeks. I have tried to contact this company on numerous occasions with no luck. Since I ordered on line I was communicating on line it had been way past 2 weeks, I even allowed for the hollidays still nothing, When I called the company It was a recording telling me to use the internet. Still nothing. The last correspondence I sent I informed them I wanted the products ordered or a refund and nothing.
