Bought two laptops same model and both laptops broke down around the same time period. Hard disk started failing, volume started going up and down by itslef, the touch-keys stopped working. I called and they just told me to restore the computer to factory settings when my warranty was about to expire. It worked for a while but after my warranty expired couple weeks later i got a critical error saying that the hard disk is going to fail and i need to replace it. I called they wouldn't care and want to charge me for the repair. Seems wierd that two laptops same model fail at the same time they should have looked into it and find a better solution!
