I keep getting charged for service I don't want. I never authorized this. I have been getting charged $17.95 each month since 10/21/2011. I tried to call them but cannot speak to a live operator or email them unless I have a case number which I don't. I am unable to cancel this automatic payment out of my account .I did not and do not want this service. I do not know how they set it up and why I am not allowed to cancel. Please help me, what can I do to stop this from happening next month?

Contact toll-free at 1-877-284-7942. For your convenience, the Call Center is open: Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time
Tell them you want to cancel, do not let them try to tell you that you can get all your credit reports for free. They will do what they can to keep you as a member. Never give your card info over on line to credit agencies its a big scam.

- Thanks for your help I just got off the phone with them they have cancelled it but they are only giving me 2 months back instead of 4 months that they took out. I told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau and let them know how they do business.
