I have sent dispute to the Credit Card Division.
On that same day I purchased Kollagen Intensive Trail package for $4.95. Still not received anything. After the above was purchased with Credit Card, there was a pop-up offering you a trail eye-cream for free. All you have to pay was Shipping Cost. Hope we'll be able to find if there is a relation between the above mentioned transactions.
