Car vin history is a scam! They say for 2.95 you can get a report but I never even got that. Then 3 days later they charged my acct 29.95. They say I agreed to these term. They say that 29.95 will be a monthly charge now! I cancelled the acct and after arguing with them they tell me they will refund only 50% of the charges and send me the carfax! I don't want the car history just my money back! Beware of these on your bank statement.
