Recieved my cell phone bill from verizon with a 9.99 charge + 2.00 tax for Premium texting.Called verizon and was told to call Cellfunz at 1-866-402-8023.I called and was unsubscribed but they told me I ordered product online and they couldnt reimburse my money.I chalked it up to bad luck.One month later,today 1-25-2012,I relized I never even got the product I paid for which was supposed to be two funny messages a week I think,never got anything.I e-mailed Cellfunz and they again told me they unsubscribed me and gave me a second confirmation number????I again called and was told it is not then I need to talk to they are just the middle man to 5135 or something,spoke terrible english.They told me to call 1-855-707-0158,I did,and sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and writing this letter.I think I should be reimbursed for all my time,phone time,and my original 9.99 because I have never recieved anything,even though I never even ordered anything.Total SCAM,I never seen anything like it.
