They have been introduced to us as prospective funds owner and investor in our project. Upon exchanged some preliminary information they sent draft agreement with terms and conditions. We found post about them on Nov 3, on scambook.com, asked them what is in question. Their alleged Legal unit explained categorically therefore, that the online report on their
client - KHG is false, baseless and unverifiable. It is an intentional
act by a group of impostors whose aim solely is to tarnish the good
corporate image that their client KHG has built for itself over the years through diligence, handwork and commitment. They also sent demands for Invitation letter in order to get entry visa with date of visit in January 16-20 2012, 3 persons all with Iraqi passport.We made small corrections per our banker and lawyer suggestions,signed contract as requested and backed. Then, they were not satisfied with that and changed terms and put they need USD 15,000 to be transferred to their Agro
Finance Corporation Malaysia. We cancelled it and proposed another solution - accept their visit and arrange meeting with our banker, firstly. Upon that silence, they never responded/confirmed date of visit and acceptance to meet our banker, even we asked 3 times them. Per experience, such behavior showing it is up front fee player who are avoiding meeting with banker and show they have nothing to invest, even intention is to drain cash and run away. This is in short our experience with them. Thanking to our previous long term work on market and experience we are in position to recognize who is real who is swindler and scammer or up front fee player. We have not any monetary damages, but like to warn other people about them. Correspondence with them as proof are available and passport copy of one of them whom we communicated.
