I ordered this product on line for a trial period at a trial price of $1.99. The product did not turn up until 2 months later by then the product had well and truly past its time trial. Since then i have been trying to find a way to contact them but have found out no information of email or phone so i could contact them. All i have is the address that is on the yellow delivery envelope and there was no information inside the envelope on how to contact them if the trial was not what i was wanting. So I am stuck with a product that i have not used as i want it to go back and have my money returned to my credit card that i supplied them with. I have looked every where that i can think of to try and find these people that is how i found this site and decided to go ahead and report this so hopefully others will not fall into the same trap. I think it is terrible that no information was supplied to contact them. As to the trial period well that was over way before i recieved the product. I'm seriously thinking of taking this company to a current affair with other products ordered on line with no information with them and also arriving 2 months after the trial period was over. It is not good business and people are being taken advantage of from this company. I would appreciate any help or advise that any one can offer me as this is causing me a lot of stress and making me less confident of ordering online and that hurts the company's that are genuine in what they are selling on line. It makes you not want to trust any company that is selling any thing online and those that are gernuine are the ones that get to suffer and of course the consumer as well.
Any information on this company will be gladly recieved and appreciated by my self and others that have been caught out on this product.
