Found two charges for each month of November, December and January in the amount of $9.99 each. Went to T-Mobile to ask what was going on and what it was. They were very helpful and were able to remove MOST of the charges not ALL of the charges. Our rep said we were lucky to have gotten as much back as we did because he had seen several cases where people would only get a couple dollars back from each charge. I don't understand that at all. They also put some kind of a block on our phones so it shouldn't happen to us again. These people need to go to jail for what they are doing. My husband lost his job and we can barely pay our bills as it is, without the help of family, but to have someone do this unknowingly to people is wrong!!! How can they get away with suprize charging people that have never heard of their company and then not give all of that persons money back to them? They didn't sign up for that crap! I know we didn't. People get wrong numbers all the time and no one thinks anything about it. That's how this loser company is getting away with this. You get a text and you think, "Huh...someone dialed the wrong number. No big deal. They'll figure it out and eventually get the person they were looking for." I guess they are looking for EVERYONE!!!! This company needs to be stopped and ANYONE and EVERYONE needs to do their part by posting their complaints so they can be stopped! How dare they steal people's money like this? Thieves!
